…On behalf of the members of the Board and
administrative staff, we hope this web site
will prove to be a useful tool for both the
public and the dental and dental hygiene
professions.
…In the future, this home page will contain
articles on developments in dental and
dental hygiene licensure in this state and
others. We also plan to post schedules for
future board meetings and examinations and
agendas and minutes of meetings.
Our goal for public service with
the site…
…is to provide current information on
license-holders including names, addresses,
phone numbers, and whether or not licenses
are current and/or whether disciplinary
action has taken place. Information on how
to file a complaint will be available along
with information on current dental health
issues.
For credentialing agencies…
…a search of our data base will provide
complete information on dentists including
their license numbers and dates of issue and
expiration. Hopefully, this will be a
time-saver for both of us.
For dentists and dental hygienists
seeking licensure in the State of Nevada…
…application forms are included along with a
link to the Dental Practice Act Rules and
Statutes. Complete patient criteria and
documentation requirements will also be
available at a future date.
For dentists and dental hygienists
already holding Nevada licenses…
…we will provide access to your own license
records as well as those of potential
employees, employers, and associates. New
and proposed regulations will also be a part
of future publications.

Current Dental Underserved
Counties:
Dental Underserved Designations
(pdf)
Effective
October 1, 2007, passing scores from the
American Board of Dental Examiners (ADEX)
exam approved by American Dental Licensing
Examination (ADLEX). The North East Regional
Board (NERB) and/or the Central Regional
Dental Testing Service (CRDTS) administering
the ADEX approved exam will be accepted for
dental licensure provided the examination
was taken and passed after October 1, 2007.

additional information for licensure by
ADLEX and all other licensing requirements
